I teach all of my classes in a manner that makes them accessible to all levels of fitness, to all body types, and to all ages. Remember: Yoga isn't about fitting your body to the pose, it is about finding the variation of each pose that fits your body!

Hot yoga These classes are offered in Far Infrared heated studios and offer many advantages from clearer skin, to increased mobility, to deep bodily detoxification. Try this format out to spice up your practice, to help the body release, or just to play in the heat! Close your eyes and imagine yourself of a sunny beach.
Vinyasa/Flow yoga in these classes we flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a sequence of breath led movement. Challenge your mind to let go, and move with freedom and ease.
Rise & Shine Yoga this is a gentler version of our Vinyasa class. We incorporate longer warm-ups, deep stretches and some invigorating flow to get our day started off on a sweet note.
Amazing Arms a short vinyasa style class (30mins) focussing on strengthening and toning our upper bodies. We incorporate light weights in this class to assist us in getting strong, beautiful yoga arms.
Yoga Butt / Lower Body Blast a shorter (45mins) class incorporating fitness moves, vinyasa and longer holds in more challenging postures. The aim of this class is to sculpt and tone our legs and butts. Come prepared to work hard and feel amazing!
Yoga with Core Conditionning this is a Vinyasa style yoga class focussing on sculpting and shaping our core :) Classes incorporate Pilates, Yoga and other fitness moves designed to get you that toned tummy.
Power Core Yoga similar to Yoga with Core but with a little more intensity and concentration on carving out that 6-pack. That being said, don't shy away...there are ALWAYS variations to make even the most challenging posture work for EVERYbody!
ABs & Butt take 45mins to whittle your waistline and boost your booty! This class is designed to lift the derrière and create a taught tummy.
Yin / Deep Stretch looking for a sweet, relaxing stretch class? This one is for you! This is also a fantastic class for athletes to loosen, limber and stretch out after a vigorous day. Spend an hour unwinding and allowing the body to just be...sigh!
Yin to Restore Yin Yoga offers a sweet, relaxing stretch focussed on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release. In Restorative Yoga we move into a relaxation so deep and supported that you are almost asleep. Yin to Restore offers the best of both worlds! In this class we do some deep, active stretching and mix in some fully supported, deep-release and restoration. Come in, unwind, and restore balance to your hard working body.

We use yoga postures and vinyasa combined with weights, resistance bands, core balls and plyometrics to make this hard hitting class as amazing as it is! What could be better than strength training, cardio and flexibility wrapped up into a tidy little Barefoot Bootcamp® package!?!
